These tubes are designed to fit most standard spectrum tube power supplies, but will also allow the user to wire them to any high voltage supply in the 4-5 KV range thanks to the included end cap clips. These premium spectrum tubes feature a large 4" / 10cm capillary viewing area in the center.

Not actually 26 cm

These tubes are, unfortunately, not 26 cm long; they are closer to 25 cm long. Because of this they do not touch the upper contact in standard spectrum power supplies. What surprised me is that they work anyway! Apparently the gap is small enough that the power is just arcing across. So, if you're looking to save some money compared to other suppliers just be aware that it may be a problem that they don't hold securely between the springs in common power supplies.
