    The scales came in 5 days though I paid for 3 day delivery. The package was damaged on the inside..boxees were crushed and one of my scales was bent on the metal housing. **CUSTOMER CARE RESPONSE: The order was shipped 1 business day after the online order was placed. Priority Mail was 4 days to your location. We do include the word "Estimated" in our postal transit times. Remember that while postal mail is economical, delivery transit times are never guaranteed. You simply need to contact us for damaged merchandise, we are always happy to replace damaged items!
